People at every stage of life need to feel more connected—to themselves and to those they love. That might be a couple rebuilding communication or intimacy, or even going through a separation. It might be a teen discovering who they are and how to relate to others. It might be new parents adjusting to an unexpectedly lonely season. Or it might be someone of any age carrying trauma that still echoes in their closest relationships, alongside depression, anxiety, or OCD. If you're ready to do this work either as an individual, couple, or family, I want to help you get there.
I care deeply about helping people feel seen. I work from an attachment-based, emotionally focused lens, always considering your relationships, history, and the fuller context of your life. I help couples with communication, intimacy and separation, and guide individuals and families through self-discovery, life-transitions, anxiety, and other challenges. Wherever you're starting from, I want you to know: (1) you are worth it, and (2) feeling your best is possible, even if getting there means working through some genuinely hard things first. You don't have to carry it alone. If you're ready to take that step, I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you find your way there.
